4 airliners select humidifiers for biz class on A350/B777X
We estimate at least ~70% penetration, >100m in acc. sales

4-6 humidifiers per aircraft a positive sign
CTT last week participated at the 2024 Aircraft Interiors Show ('AIX') in Hamburg. In a press release yesterday, CTT said that interest was strong for cabin humidification, and that four airliners confirmed that they had selected business class humidification (3 A350, 1 B777X) on top of humidification for cockpit and crew rest. Since the A350 can fit as much as six humidifiers, and the B777X can fit five, we estimate that these orders would result in at least four humidifiers per aircraft, i.e. ~70% penetration. Although the CEO recently at our Investor Days event (link) confirmed that the company had seen a solid trend in terms of penetration, we find it positive to see tangible orders where customers are now actively ordering humidifiers for the premium cabin segments.
